We understand the unique challenges faced by single parents, especially those juggling the stresses of raising children while also managing the daily demands of life.
Our mission is to break the silence surrounding mental health and to create a safe, welcoming space where you can find support, resources, and education. Through our partnerships with local community centers, we offer free monthly workshops designed to empower single parents with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.

Black Mental Health Rocks Presents: The 5 Stages of Grief Workshop
Black Mental Health Rocks invites the community to attend an important mental health workshop focused on understanding grief and emotional healing.
On June 1, 2026, attendees will participate in an engaging and supportive discussion on The 5 Stages of Grief, led by a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. This workshop is designed to create a safe space for individuals to learn, reflect, and openly discuss grief, healing, and mental wellness.

Along with both self care and mindfulness workshops relevant to supporting single parent households including mom, dad, grandparents, auntie, foster parents, and whoever qualify as a single parent.

Supportive Community- A place to connect with other single parents who understand what you’re going through.
