At Black Mental Health Rocks, we understand that being a single parent comes with its own set of unique challenges. That’s why we’ve partnered with the local community center to offer free monthly workshops that address a wide range of topics related to mental health, parenting, and self-care.
Each month, we focus on a new theme, bringing in mental health experts, community leaders, and professionals to speak on issues that matter most to you. Our workshops are designed to provide you with practical tools and coping strategies that you can implement in your everyday life.
